About the Course:
Bullying and harassment has extended from the playground to the workplace, making the lives of many workers intolerable. These destructive behaviors can lead to work-related stress and ill-health causing untold misery to workers. This is bad for the workforce and also bad management. Workplace bullying often remains a hidden problem which may be accepted or encouraged by the culture of the organization.
The aim of this course is to help identify bullying behavior and those organizational elements that allow it to flourish and takes a proactive approach to tackling these issues before they arise. Additionally the course considers the organizational responses required to eliminate bullying and harassment at work whilst providing the person being bullied a guide for managing it.
