Pressure Management Program
Description:
This course addresses how to maximize performance under pressure. We will look at thoughts and feelings we encounter when we feel under pressure. We will be exploring how you get to this place and how you want to get out! We will look at attitudes to work, your motivation and identifying your personal pressures. We will also look at enabling change in thought patterns.
By the end of the course you should be able to:
- Feel more 'in control' of your pressures at work
- Be more aware of what you can change and what you can't
- Feel more effective both at work and on a personal level
- Be more understanding of yourself

- Physical and mental awareness exercises
- Looking at how we can sabotage our own success
- There will be some teaching and digesting of theories of change from a Gestalt therapy perspective
