About the Course:
This influencing skills training course will equip delegates to approach influencing, negotiating and motivation with awareness, skills and confidence.

- Influencing a manager or others in authority
- How to prepare for negotiations more effectively and build confidence
- Staying in control when negotiating, and avoiding manipulation
- Learning from the influencing strategies of politicians, leaders and the media
- Language patterns that unblock resistance in others
- Motivation patterns that you can recognize and utilize
- An introduction to the Enneagram model of personality styles, and effective ways to communicate with each style
- Working with diversity in partnerships or teams
