Executive Business Coaching
About the Course:
Executive Business coaching equips and encourages corporate leaders to meet those challenges by helping them to develop self-awareness of their behavior and patterns; cultivate awareness of how others perceive them; capitalize on their leadership strengths and bridge gaps; acquire new leadership strategies and tactics; and in turn deliver and surpass their executive and corporate goals.
This course aims to develop your ability to coach in a workplace setting. It also aims to enable coaches to evaluate the process and outcomes of coaching to demonstrate its usefulness to an organization. This course will use coaching models as a framework to conduct coaching in the workplace.
